We measured brainwave activity before and after using Inhale Health Melatonin. Here's what we found:

What are Theta waves?

Theta activity has a frequency of 3.5 to 7.5 Hz and is classed as “slow” activity. According to this study, increased sleepiness is associated with decreased alpha wave power and increased theta wave power.
