  • When will I receive my order?

  • How long does the product last?

    Each device contains up to a 1-month supply with a capacity of up to 400 breaths.
  • Do I need to refill or recharge my device?

    No refilling or recharging is required.
  • Who can't use this product?

    The products are not recommended for persons under the legal smoking age (state specific)​. Do not use this product if you have asthma or COPD. The products are not recommended for persons under the legal smoking age (state specific)​. We do not recommend women in pregnancy to use the product.
  • Will this product give me "Popcorn Lung?"

    No. Popcorn Lung - a medical condition that damages the bronchioles - is known to be caused by a chemical called "Diacetyl", most commonly found in e-cigarettes/vapes.   • What is "organic vegetable base?"

    Organic vegetable base is USP (United States Pharmacopeia) grade vegetable derived glycerin. Vegetable Glycerin is an all natural liquid generally extracted from plant oils, in particular, soy, coconut oil, and palm oil. It is typically clear with little hint of color, odorless, in some cases sweet, and relatively viscous.
  • Can you ship to my country?

    Our products may not be available in some regions. Melatonin is also considered a prescription drug in some countries. We do not ship Melatonin to the following countries: Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, Mexico and many others.
